We recommend a frontal face image with just one person. It is important to note that the model will only "change" parts of the images that are marked as white when you upload the image. Thus it is important to paint a little bit more "space" in order for different hairstyles to be able to be actually painted.
All the pictures upload are deleted after processing. We do not sell any customer data and take privacy as one of our values. Other solutions issue less money because they sell your data. We DON'T.
Generating 135 photos through artificial intelligence is not immediate...Our servers currently take between 20-30' minutes to generate all of them. When we are done generating them, we will send you an email to inform.
Yes! We integrate with Stripe for payments, we don't use any custom built solution. Credit and bank data is never saved and protected from any ciber attack that can occur. A part from that, integration with Stripe, lets our customers pay with a bunch of options.
As soon as the image arrives into our server, we start creating all possible hairstyles. Thus, it is impossible for us to issue any refund, since we have already spent part of the money to train the model.
